Himalayan salt is a big part of my life. From using it in all of my cooking to using a Himalayan salt inhaler; there’s a reason why I am fond of it. Typical table salt is so processed that it is basically stripped of all its possible nutritional value, and instead has chemicals added to prevent clumping and even processed with bleach. On the other hand, Himalayan salt contains over 80 trace minerals that are essential for proper functioning of our body.
